Bartın University Guidance and Psychological Counseling program's vision, to educate individuals who are physically, mentally, emotionally and socially healthy, have scientific and critical thinking, adhere to ethical principles, know their rights and responsibilities, communicate healthily, are sensitive to culture, actively use information and communication technologies and carry the country to success.
